3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on okebt. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. okebt relies on the information you provide for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the processing of financial transactions.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). okebt is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify okebt immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okebt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.5 Account Transferability. Your okebt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of any balance.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okebt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the okebt deposit page at the time of transaction. okebt reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. okebt aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and applicable verification requirements.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. okebt is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. okebt reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
Note on Payment Methods: okebt does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. 4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on okebt are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). okebt does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies.
5.1 General. okebt may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse of Bonuses. okebt reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. okebt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the okebt Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

6.3 Malfunction. 9.1 Ownership. 10.1 Platform Availability. okebt does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okebt will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okebt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if okebt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, okebt's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okebt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. okebt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
11.1 Termination by okebt. okebt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its reasonable judgment that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the termination: if termination is due to your breach of these Terms, okebt reserves the right to forfeit your account balance; if termination is for any other reason, okebt will return your account balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your okebt account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Regulatory Oversight. okebt operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints relating to the conduct of gaming operations on the Platform may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and okebt arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.1 Right to Amend. okebt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okebt will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.
13.2 Effective Date. Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice of amendment. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
